OPERA IN PRACTICE

Are you a serious young classical singer, curious about what rehearsing and performing opera is really like? Or are you excited at the idea of conducting, directing, or being in the crew for opera?
Opera in Practice is a fully funded, hands-on taster course for young singers and creatives who have some performance experience (e.g with choirs or in youth theatre), but want more exposure to opera. We are looking for about 12 singers, 2 directors, 2 music directors, and 2 crew.
We are keen to hear from singers who usually don’t have much access to opera, especially those from working-class or low-income backgrounds. But anyone between 18-22 years old is welcome to apply.
